These are adorable and my 7 yr. old daughter and I loved them, until it was time to actually use them. We have used two sets of colors and already one pom from each set has completely broken off from the hair band. I wasn't even pulling hard on them. My daughter has super thick hair so I use a regular hair tie to get it up and in place and used the poms as decorative only, not to actually hold her hair up and in place.So disappointed. Super cute but poorly madeUPDATE:The company contacted me and apologized for the bum poms and sent me a replacement set. So far so good. Still being cautious but thought that it was super awesome they reached out and wanted to "make it right" in a sense. That speaks volumes and I appreciated the communication and customer service.They are so adorable but after one use they're not fit for reuse.WILL NOT BUY AGAIN!I was so excited to use these hair pom poms on my 2 year old daughter's hair. I love all the colors and she looked absolutely adorable in them. The only problem is that they all broke ?Very poor quality. Will have to look for a similar product from a different company and hopefully they will be made better and not break. I only wish that I had read the reviews before purchasing because I now see that A LOT of customers bad the exact same problem with them.I really like the style but I am SO disappointed because the 3 of the Pom Pom’s have come apart while trying to stretch the hair tie. It would be great if they replace it for me.This product is horrible. I thought it would be a cute accessory for my daughter. I honestly forgot I had bought it and just this week went to use it. The first one I tried broke immediately. After that, three others broke at once, the minute I tried to tie the pony tail. Unfortunately, my window for return closed off this past Monday and now I’m stuck with a bag full of defective Pom poms.So disappointed!Great price and variety of colors., this set will prove to be very useful.Poor quality, so disappointed, pop before my daughter can even use itCute.
